Biography
Lee Gilbert is a successful
Consultant, Trainer and Coach; including author of the popular book "Turning
Monkeys Into Lemons".
Having started his career in Financial Services, he quickly realised he was
looking for more of a challenge. He left behind a corporate life in HR and
Training and found his more natural home when he set up his own business in
2001.
Lee now works internationally designing and delivering measurable Management
Training and People Development solutions for organisations wanting to transform
their culture, results and people. He believes in the principle of "Teaching" -
the concept of developing others through memorable lessons
All of his work is based on his personal experience and his pragmatic view -
preferring commercial conversations to theoretical ones - often challenging
people that talk concept and cannot translate into reality.
The fundamental basis to his success is his excellent People Skills - an ability
to relate to and work within very diverse businesses and cultures.
Indeed, Lee has experience of working in many industries ranging from Retail,
Sales, Financial Services, Government, Pharmaceuticals, the Motor Industry,
Manufacturing, Property and Creative Media.
In that time he has met some very difficult characters and specialises in
handling challenging situations. He is known for his professional honesty and
ability to cut through corporate waffle to deliver solutions and results.
